Design Build Avenue (DBA) is an architecture and design practice providing disciplined, well-coordinated solutions for commercial and residential projects. Leadership

Farshid Kody Khodakaram

Design Build Avenue is led by Farshid “Kody” Khodakaram, RA, NCARB, LEED AP, a licensed architect with broad experience across commercial and mixed-use project types, including financial institutions, retail, fitness, and ground-up developments throughout the Southeast.

Kody has led projects from early feasibility and zoning analysis through construction documentation and permitting, working closely with owners, consultants, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction. His approach is hands-on and detail-driven, with a strong emphasis on listening, accountability, and long-term relationships.

DBA was established to create an architectural practice where care is not an afterthought, but a professional obligation—delivered through technical competence, follow-through, and respect for everyone involved in the process.
